As a former dive shop owner prior to owning Oceanside Hyperbaric, Terry has accumulated over 25 years of experience diving and dive instruction. His training also includes two certificates from International ATMO, on Hyperbaric Safety and Hyperbaric Chamber Acrylics. Now with over 10 years of hyperbaric experience, he brings a valuable healing modality to the Oceanside area. His mission is to provide the highest quality hyperbaric oxygen therapy experience to the community at the most affordable price.

Pawel Szopa BSc(Kin), CHT - Safety Director - Email Pawel
As National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT) Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT), Pawel brings over 10 years of clinical hyperbaric experience to the Oceanside area. His training at Hyperbarics International in Florida and Safety Director and Hyperbaric Chamber Acrylic training at International ATMO in Texas complements his BSc in Kinesiology, Certificate in Applied Human Nutrition and Certificate in Health and Fitness Studies from SFU. Pawel's goal is to educate the public about the vast array of benefits hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy can provide.

Don Vergara - Hyperbaric Technician
As a Registered Nurse, Don has five years of acute medical experience working at Royal Columbian Hospital. Don is looking to expand his health knowledge beyond the hospital paradigm and looking toward more holistic and functional approaches to help clients with their current health conditions. Don's goal is to educate and learn from the public traditional and functional methods of maintaining or improving health status. His mission is to optimize human health and expand the role of hyperbaric medicine. Don is also a professional golfer and athlete.

John Russell PCP, DMT, PADI Rescue Diver – Diver Medic Technician
As a Licensed Primary Care Paramedic with 35 years ambulance service doing over 25,000 calls, John brings extensive patient assessment experience to the hyperbaric field. Also, he has his National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT) Diver Medic Technician (DMT) certification. John’s goal is to help as many people as possible in this growing field of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). John has a love of sports & diving and has seen the positive effects of HBOT in both fields.
